Destination of the Day: Northern Illinois University Art Museum, DeKalb, IL (DeKalb County)
NIU’s campus is full of surprises. Currently the art museum is focusing on the relationship between visual art and sound. Exhibits include: Wassily Kandinsky: Klänge, Notations 21, Sheet Music and Record Albums – Graphics of Their Time, and Music to my Eyes: Musical Instruments as Visual Art.
