Bisexual Queer Alliance Chicago asks for participation

CHICAGO — The Bisexual Queer Alliance Chicago (BQAC) has asked for help in a post on their Facebook page.

The post reads:

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! BQAC is certainly thankful to all of you in our community. As we approach the end of the current year and look ahead to the next,

BQAC could use your help!

Bisexual Queer Alliance Chicago has big goals and we need people to help with the mission. Can you be one of them?

Here are some areas we need help with.

-Website content updates and improvements
-Social Media (Facebook/Twitter/Meetup) Posts and Updates
-Event hosting (you can pick the event!)
-Organizational Ally building (reach out to other LBGT or Progressive/Human service and activist orgs to build relationships)
-Assist with hosting Bi Discussion Group and Bi Movie Night.
-Grant Writing
-General outreach and promotion of BQAC
-Something else you want to see in your community? We welcome your ideas.

Join The Board!

Also, it’s the time of year to bring new members onto the BQAC board. Do you want to help achieve the mission and goals of BQAC? Do you have fresh ideas and energy? Are you looking for an opportunity to get experience on a board? This could be your opportunity!

To contact BQAC, you can message us via this FB page, the Meetup page, email [email protected], or contact a board member you know directly.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Yours Truly – BQAC
