Dorothy’s Masquerade Ball to benefit South Beloit’s YBR

SOUTH BELOIT — The Yellow Brick Road (YBR) organization of South Beloit is holding the Dorothy’s Masquerade Ball this February.

The event will consist of a dinner, dance, and a drag show! All proceeds go toward YBR events like Rock the Pride- Rock County’s Pride Fest and a future brick-n-mortar community center.

The evening drag show is hosted by the current reigning National Entertainer of the Year Femme, Cass Marie Domino and will feature some of the finest performers in the northern Illinois area. Local celebrities will be dressing in drag as well.

The premier sponsor, Garden Hotel and Conference Center is donating their conference center and has a block of rooms for guests who wish to stay the night. Call them at (815) 525-3600. Blocked room rates are locked in at $79.99.

Dinner from 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Dancing from 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Drag Show from 8:00pm – 10:00pm
