IML owner Renslow Charitable Trust holds first meeting

CHICAGO — The Renslow Charitable Trust held its initial organizational meeting at the Executive Offices of International Mr. Leather, Inc. (IML) in Chicago this week.

The Trust was formed to manage and ensure Chuck’s express desire that IML be a direct funding source for The Leather Archives & Museum (LA&M), located in Chicago.  Chuck announced the creation of the Trust in his speech at the 2010 International Mr. Leather contest. The Trust owns 100% of International Mr. Leather, Inc. and the income from IML will be used exclusively to support the LA&M.

The Trustees of the Trust met and elected a new Board of Directors of International Mr. Leather, Inc. In turn, the new Board of Directors elected three individuals to serve as the new Officers of the IML Corporation. The IML officers are:
Jon Krongaard – President
Joey McDonald – Secretary
Randall “Bear Man” Klett – Treasurer

The elected officers will have direct management responsibility and oversight of all IML operations, reporting to the Trustees and, on an annual basis, to the Leather Archives & Museum, a 501c3 not-for-profit charity.
