CHICAGO — Touché at 6412 North Clark Street in Chicago presents Bear All, a night of live music and song featuring the talent of local gay singers/songwriters on Saturday, Sept. 22.
Produced by Scott Free, host of the long running Homolatte music series, Bear All focuses on the passions, lives and sometimes politics of the gay male experience all in an acoustical setting.

Acres To Miles Formed in 2016 by lead singer Brett Axell, guitarist Jeremy Mann, bassist Emery Joe Yost and drummer Jared Rosenblum, this American band illuminates a funky, unique collection of styles blurring the lines between rock and soul Ed Gershon Mixing influences and genres that run the gamut from Coltrane to The Black Crowes, Gershon let go of his inhibitions and fears and poured his heart and soul into his musical odyssey. Chocolate Danny of Meds In 2010, the acoustic duo known as Meds ascended from the ashes of art-punk quartet Phistine Verona. Guitarists Chocolate Danny and Kurtis E. Flush (nee Ed Shafer and Mike Greaney) found a new vehicle in Meds for their unique blend of harmony and humor.
Scott Free Scott Free’s sometimes humorous, sometimes angry, always touching songs of queer life have gained him acclaim in both gay and straight media across the country. In 2010, he was inducted into the City of Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame. He has twice been named Outmusician of the Year by the OUTMusic Awards. His music videos have appeared on cable stations BET and LOGO. He is the host and curator of ‘Homolatte,’ the longest running queer performance series in the country.
Hosting the night’s musical program will be local Bear comic Bryan Dowling.
This marks the fifteenth presentation of the Bear All music series presented at Touché over the past seven years. More than 50 performers have wowed audiences with a variety of music ranging from folk and country to pop, dance and rap. A $10 donation will be requested at the door with all proceeds divided among the featured artists. Showtime is 9 pm and open to all 21 or over.
