CHAMPAIGN — The UP Center of Champaign County, the LGBTQ community center in the Champaign/Urbana area, is looking to fill two positions on their staff.
Both openings were announced on their Facebook page.
The first position is Children, Youth, and Families Outreach Coordinator. According to the post, the UP Center is looking for an outgoing and experienced individual for the part-time Children, Youth, and Families Outreach Coordinator position.The goal of this position is to conduct outreach and community education efforts that will improve the health and well-being of LGBTQ youth. The other position is Office Administrator. Anyone hired for the part-time position would be responsible for the administrative process of the UP Center, including such as keeping QuickBooks up to date, checking the mail, responding to emails, paying bills, and more.
