CHICAGO — The next Am I Man Enough?: A Storytelling/Podcasting Show will be at the Center on Halsted in Chicago and hosted by author and storyteller Renegade Ada Cheng.

Our next Am I Man Enough?: A Storytelling/Podcasting Show will be taking place on Tuesday October 30 at 7pm. And I will be bringing this show to Center on Halsted. I want to thank the center for hosting the show, particularly the Anti-Violence Project.

Blending personal narrative with social critique, Am I Man Enough? is the show where people tell personal stories to critically examine the culture of toxic masculinity, one conversation that we urgently need as a society right now.

They come from different backgrounds, with different identities and histories, work in different fields, and practice different arts. However, they all have something important to say about toxic masculinity and its negative impact, individually and collectively.

These tellers don’t tell often; in fact, some of them will be first timers. Am I Man Enough? is a show for people with stories to tell.
