CARBONDALE — The Southern Illinois AIDS Coalition is looking for people to sponsor families in their annual holiday project.

From the Coalition’s Facebook post:

PLEASE SHARE: Southern IL AIDS Coalition NEEDS HELP with our AIDS Holiday Project. We are serving low-income households impacted by HIV / AIDS in the 19 Southern-most counties of Illinois. We have 20 households that need to be sponsored, including 15 homes with children. Call or text 618-384-1619 to sponsor a family. We will send you a wish list for each person in the household including clothing sizes and toy requests. We have large and small households available.

You can also DONATE and our volunteers will do the shopping, and we need donations for grocery store gift cards for each household. DONATE ONLINE AT http://tsagl.org/donate.html OR send a check to the Southern IL AIDS Coalition, PO Box 3595, Carbondale, IL 62902.

Only with YOUR help can we make a difference!
