ST. LOUIS — The Metro Trans Umbrella Group is looking for people to audition for their Transcending the Spectrum fundraiser in April.

Metro Trans Umbrella Group is excited to celebrate our 6th annual art exhibition and fundraiser, “Transcending the Spectrum” at Mad Art Gallery! All performers who identify as LGBTQIA+ are invited to be a part of this evening of art to celebrate our community. We look forward to making this event a huge success!
PERFORMANCE APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Show Date: April 13th, 8-10 pm
Submission Deadline: March 29th, Friday by midnight
Acceptance Notification: by April 1st

Depending on number of submissions, each performer will have either 5 or 10 minutes to perform. For drag/burlesque performances, this will translate to 1 or 2 numbers. You do not have to have your music turned in by the time you submit but you MUST HAVE YOUR MUSIC TURNED IN BY 9 PM APRIL 12TH OR YOU WILL BE CUT.
Performances MUST be legal, messy acts are discouraged.
Music submissions, if not included in this form, must be sent to email@example.com with your stage name in the subject of the email. Music submissions must be in MP3 format. NO YOUTUBE LINKS.
*SPOKEN WORD ACTS*
Depending of number of submissions, each performer will have either 5 or 10 minutes to perform.
For spoken word artists that require nothing more than a vocal mic and/or 1 instrument mic, that will be provided.
*SMALL MUSICAL ACTS*
For musical acts requiring no more than 1 vocal microphone and/or 1 instrumental microphone, which will be provided.
*LARGE MUSICAL ACTS*
For bands, we will not be able to provide sound equipment.
