CHICAGO — Fahrenheit Chicago and Equality Illinois are hosting out St. Rep. Lamont J. Robinson for a speakers series at the Jeffery Pub.

In a town hall style format, Equality Illinois’ Director of Civic Engagement, Anthony Galloway will engage State Representative Lamont J. Robinson on a host of issues. State Rep. Robinson will discuss his election as the state’s first LGBTQ person of color elected to the state’s legislature and what that means moving forward for LGBTQ people of color.
The State Rep will discuss his chief sponsorship of the PrEP bill, impressions on the 2019 Chicago mayoral election, plans for the 5th district and his impressions of the 101st Illinois State Assembly. Representative Robinson will also take questions from you.
