Business-a-thon in St. Louis aims to help LGBTQ entrepreneurs


ST. LOUIS — A new event in June aims to help LGBTQ people prepare to launch their own business.

The event will get individuals at the beginning stages on how and what to do to establish their own business. The gathering will guide attendees by helping them develop their business-model canvas, to improve products that are already being sold, and developing future products. The event is on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the World Community Center at 2pm to 10pm. This is a free event.

Black Pride STL, EDURAIN and The Serenity Strategy Network are hosting this event, which is geared towards LGBTQIA individuals, but is open.

Free event to help entrepreneurs and small business owners to get a go-to-market strategy, Product development roadmap, Sales Strategy, Pricing strategy, and Competitive Analysis.This event takes place June 8th at 2pm to 10pm.

This event takes place at the World Community Center at 438 North Skinker Blvd. St.Louis, MO 63130. The event will feature bilingual Hispanic entrepreneurial podcast host Junior Lara of Autenico from 2pm to 6pm. There is an after party for individuals at Trops in the Grove afterward and people that finish their checklist will get a special drink special. This event is also supported by Covo, a co-working space in downtown St. Louis.
