ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Interfaith Committee on Latin America and the Central Reform Congregation are hosting a ICE accompaniment training session on Wednesday, Aug. 21.
From the Facebook event:
Join us to learn about how you can support the immigrant community in St. Louis by standing alongside individuals at their ICE and other immigration check-ins.
Join us at Central Reform Congregation on August 21 at 6:00 PM to learn more about whether accompaniment is the best way for you to practice solidarity with your neighbors!
You do NOT have to speak Spanish or be clergy to participate (though those traits are in high demand!). All are welcome.
The Central Reform Congregation is at 5020 Waterman Blvd. in St. Louis. The session starts at 6 p.m.
