Corn Stock Theatre presents Five Lesbians Eating a Quiche this weekend


PEORIA — The Corn Stock Theatre will be premiering “Five Lesbians Eating a Quiche,” a comedy, this weekend a their indoor Theatre Center building.

Corn Stock’s Winter Season presents the comedy FIVE LESBIANS EATING A QUICHE at our indoor Theatre Center building for six performances on January 10, 11, 17 and 18 at 7:30pm and on January 12 and 19 at 2:30pm.

In the era of “I LOVE LUCY,” 5 women who head up the Susan B. Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein are preoccupied with girl talk, gossip, quiche and nuclear war. As these 5 women address their fears and anxieties, they deal with burgeoning feminism, stereotypes and the threat of annihilation while carrying on the club’s business.
