Kinzinger calling out religious Trump supporters

CHANNAHON — U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Channahon) has continued his streak of calling out anyone still supporting Trump.

Kinzinger, who was elected as a Tea Party supporter, has been very vocal about his opposition to Trump, especially since November. Which has separated him from other Illinois Republicans in Congress who have largely supported the President, even including opposing certification of the Electoral College vote last week after the U.S. Capitol riot.

He took specific aim at religious leaders, especially those who supported debunked claims of fraud.

Kinzinger was one of only 10 Republicans to vote for impeachment this week.
