Clare’s Story of Survival: Film Viewing and Panel on June 26

The Rainbow Café LGBTQ Youth Center and the Conversion Therapy Dropout Network (CDTN) are hosting a screening and panel discussion on Saturday, June 26.

“Clare’s Story of Survival” looks at Clare Killman’s experience with conversion therapy. A panel including Curtis Galloway of the Conversion Therapy Dropout Network, Katie Jenifer of the CDTN Board of Directors and Sam Brinton of The Trevor Project (pending confirmation).

The screening will be at The Varsity Center at 418 S. Illinois Ave. in Carbondale starting at 4:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Southern Illinois Pride is also a co-host.
