IDPH to switch MAP/ADAP dispensing pharmacies to Walgreens Dec. 1

Effective Dec. 1, 2021, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will switch dispensing pharmacies on the Ryan White Medication Assistance Program (MAP/ADAP) from CVS to Walgreens. The new Illinois MAP/ADAP pharmacy network will increase your access to prescription dispensing services throughout the llinois. Walgreens pharmacy is committed to ensuring that you will continue to receive the highest in quality prescription services. You will now have the added option of picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy, or if preferred, may continue receiving them in the mail.

If you have prescriptions due to be refilled from CVS during November, make sure to refill them on time before the end of November to avoid disruption to your treatment.
