UP Center to memorialize Trans Day of Remembrance

The Uniting Pride Center of Champaign County will be holding a Trans Day of Remembrance ceremony at the Unitarian Universalist church on Nov. 20 at 5 p.m.

This event will include speakers, a reading of the names of those lost this year, and a candlelight vigil. Whether or not you’re able to join, you can click this link and learn more about the history of this day and its importance to the trans community.
