Illinois reps endorse Trump for president

U.S. Rep. Marry Miller (R-Oakland)

Despite the presidential election being at least two years away, two of Illinois’ three GOP representatives have endorsed Trump for president.

In posts to her social media, U.S. Rep. Mary Miller (R-Oakland) referred to what Trump did with the border, energy and economy for her endorsement.

Mike Bost (R-Murphysboro) issued his endorsement on his Twitter account.

Darin LaHood (R-Peoria) did not issue an endorsement.

Donald Trump announced he was filing to run for president on Tuesday, Nov. 15, from his Mar-a-Lago estate.
