 Tuesday night to acknowledge Dec. 1 as World AIDS Day.){kind=link}
Peoria Mayor Rita Ali and the Peoria City Council gave a proclamation to Central Illinois Friends (CIF) Tuesday night to acknowledge Dec. 1 as World AIDS Day and to acknowledge the fight against AIDS and HIV throughout December and the rest of the year.
The city also congratulated the agency on their new Mobile Clinic. The clinic will allow CIF to better provide free and confidential services to the community. Accepting the honor for CIF were Executive Director Deric Kimler, , Mobile Outreach Specialist Chris McLaurin, and Chris McCall.
