Plainfield Pride has announced plans for their first gala this May.
The event will be at Sovereign in Plainfield on Friday, May 12.
“The gala is something we wanted to start last year but didn’t have the time,” said Jes McIlvain of Plainfield Pride. “It will be an annual event. It will be a celebration and hopefully also bring in some money.”
Tickets are $100 each and include open bar, appetizers, house salad, dinner, and dessert. Tickets are available here. Sponsorships are available.
People can support gala by attending, sponsoring seats or tables, making a general donation, donating something for the auction or just sharing Plainfield Pride’s posts, McIlvain said.
