Quad Cities Pride Alliance announces Pride in June

Quad Cities Pride Alliance (QCPA) has announced that their Pride Festival will be June 2 and 3.

ROCK ISLAND – Quad Cities Pride Alliance (QCPA) has announced that their Pride Festival will be June 2 and 3.

The festival will be returning to Schwiebert Riverfront Park in Rock Island.

Last year’s festival brought more than 4,000 people to the park, more than the expected 2,000. There were more than 40 vendors including arts & crafts, health & beauty, social service groups, recreational, non-profit organizations and food trucks.

QCPA said that because of a recent re-organization, there won’t be a fall festival. But there are plans for activities through out the summer.
