Logan County Pride this weekend

This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, June 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Lincoln on the square.

LINCOLN – Logan County Pride is this weekend. For the first time, it will be on the Logan County Courthouse square.

After calling the fairgrounds home for the past two years, Pride has moved downtown to the heart of Lincoln, where the whole community is invited to celebrate together at this all-day event that is guaranteed to have something for everyone.

This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, June 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Lincoln on the square.

Along with events, there will be 39 vendors filling the western side of the square. (Editor’s note: Illinois Eagle is one of the vendors.) Vendors will becoming both from Logan County and across Central Illinois.

The schedule of events includes:

11 a.m. – Pet Costume Contest

2 p.m. – Facial Hair Contest

3 p.m. – Karaoke 

10 a.m.-5 p.m. – Vendor Fair
