Rockton Pride looking for board members

The group recently got 501(c)3 status.

ROCKTON – Rockton Pride is looking to fill out their new board.

Rockton Pride is a non-profit community LGBTQ organization that grew from the defense of a drag Q&A at the Talcott Free Library earlier this year.

Since then, the group has held a kick-off party in concert with the drag Q&A and recently became a 501(c)3 organization.

Since they are an incorporated non-profit, they need to have a board. They are looking for six board members as well as a secretary. It is open to people in the Rockton area, both LGBTQ people and allies.

To apply for the board, or as a general member, fill out this Google Form.
