Judge rules against state coronavirus stay-at-home order

LOUISVILLE — A judge in southern Illinois ruled against Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s stay-at-home executive order on Monday.

WGN-TV reported that Clay County Circuit Court Judge Michael McHaney issued a restraining order against the executive order extending shelter in place until the end of May. McHaney issued the order in relation to the lawsuit filed by State Rep. Darren Bailey (R-Louisville) against Pritzker.
