Clock Inc. wants stories from the community

ROCK ISLAND — The Clock Inc. LGBTQ community center is calling for people to share their story on a special night. From the Facebook event:
Please join us for our “Share your story” night! Individuals have the opportunity to share their “coming out” story in a safe place without fear of isolation or discrimination. This process can be very healing and may increase self-confidence and self-esteem. Self-expression allows others to see their spirit and true character while displaying individualism.

Clock, Inc. to hold variety show fundraiser on March 23

MOLINE — Clock, Inc., the LGBTQ community center for the Quad Cities, is hosting a variety show with Playcrafters Barn Theatre on Saturday, March 23. From the Facebook event:
Come out for an amazing show filled with drag performers, comedians, singers, slam poets, dancers, and more! Show starts at 7:00pm and the doors open at 6:00 on March 23rd! PRICE: Individuals 18+ is $10 at the door and for those under the age of 18, a suggested donation is accepted! So bring your friends and family for a great night!
